In a very short span of time, R&B singer/songwriter Chrisette Michele shot from small-time performer up to one of Def Jam's most promising talents, purely based on her unique instrument- a gorgeous and effortlessly versatile singing voice colored with Billie Holiday-esque inflections of vocal pop and jazz. Most recently her 2009 Soul Train performance shook to the core, breathing life into a new wave of Chrisette fans. Look to be revived at this show!

Bach Concert Series Presents a Free Concert on February 6
Join us on Sunday, February 6 at 4 PM as the Bach Concert Series Choir and Orchestra perform Cantata 5: Wo soll ich fliehen hin - "Whither shall I flee" The Bach Concert Series Choir and Orchestra are joined by tenor Taylor Armstrong and bass Phillip Collister, all under the direction of Maestro T. Herbert Dimmock.

The Baltimore School for the Arts Chamber Orchestra will perform in the newly restored sanctuary of the First & Franklin Street Church.

The guest conductor and soloist for the program is Jonathan Carney, famed Concertmaster of the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra.
