National Aquarium is doing a dining series all about sustainable seafood called Fresh Thoughts: A Seafood Dining Trilogy. The dining events take place March 4, April 29 and June 23.
The first event is March 4 and is all about rockfish -

Rockfish – A Tale of Replenishment       
With populations once threatened, Rockfish are slowly beginning to replenish in the Chesapeake Bay.  Recovery plans for this species that began in the 1980s have now made it a responsible consumer choice. The chefs will impress with a cooking demonstration of locally caught Rockfish that can be prepared at home.
