Aerial Yoga is done in a soft fabric hammock which is suspended a few feet off the ground and is able to support up to 1000 lbs. The hammock, used as prop, assists alignment, deepens awareness, and provides the therapeutic benefits of spinal decompression as you move through traditional and creative Hatha yoga poses.

This class is all levels and is specially designed for students who have never done Aerial Yoga before. Please come dressed comfortably (but no loose clothing that could tangle in the hammock) and no jewelry.
