The Spire Series presents solo violinist, Kurt Nikkanen, in an all-Bach program.

Kurt Nikkanen is an international soloist of the highest order. At twelve, he gave his Carnegie Hall debut; he was then invited by Zubin Mehta to perform the Paganini Concerto No. 1 with the New York Philharmonic for a Young People’s concert. His recording of William Walton’s Violin Concerto with the New Haven Symphony Orchestra was chosen as Critic’s Choice for 2010 in Gramophone Magazine. Mr. Nikkanen is the Concertmaster of the New York City Ballet Orchestra.

Tony Lucca is a star. He finished third on NBC’s hit show The Voice in 2012, won a record deal in the process, and received more press coverage than any contestant has ever received. He made a record with Adam Levine and toured with Maroon 5, Kelly Clarkson, *NSYNC and Marc Anthony, as well as Josh Kelley, Sara Bareilles, Joey Ryan (Milk Carton Kids), Gabe Dixon and Andrew Belle. He was cast on the hit show Parenthood playing himself as a rock singer, and performed an original song.

Cost is $100 per ticket and includes food, beer, wine, cocktails and live 80's music all night long with 2 bands: Tranzfusion & School of Rock
