Live Jazz: Marianne Matheny-Katz Trio

Renowned jazz vocalist Marianne Matheny-Katz will be performing a free jazz concert at the Radisson Hotel at Cross Keys on Thursday, January 28 as part of the Radisson’s live music series. Marianne Matheny-Katz is a founding Board Member of the Baltimore Jazz Alliance and she also has a widespread reputation in the jazz community for her Billie Holiday-esque voice and alluring performances. Marianne and her husband, Howard, are also founders of Jazzway 6004, a non-profit organization that promotes jazz and blues in an affordable and intimate setting and helps build local jazz audiences for Baltimore’s talented area musicians.
