“Death at the Disco,” an interactive murder mystery disco extravaganza invites you to boogie down and figure out whodunit on Saturday, March 13, 2010
Someone is taking their killer dance moves a bit too seriously at the House of Groove Discotheque. The famous 1970’s supermodel icon Bitsy Crinkley’s birthday party is getting down, but one guest won’t be getting back up when murder pays a call. Who’s the killer? Could it be Dalan Doogart, the oddball computer genius? Maybe Lola Gaynor, the fabulous Vegas showgirl who sadly suffers from mute syndrome? Or Double ‘7’ the womanizing secret agent?
Come help unmask the killer while you disco down with this fabulously fun evening of retro entertainment. SwingTime Ballroom is the modern-day site for this interactive mystery entertainment, transformed into a pulsing 70’s groove machine. Come as you are or dig out those platform shoes as you enjoy an evening of dancing and detecting!
To get you in the mood, start your evening with a lesson in that classic disco favorite, the Hustle, at 7 PM. Then at 8:00 the lights go down and the disco ball shines, but it’s murder that takes center stage as you dance the night away and determine which of the outrageous cast of characters really is a killer on the dance floor.
