Celebrate Earth Day and learn about Baltimore’s progress in sustainability at Ecofest on April 17th at Druid Hill Park! Ecofest is a free one day festival offering live local music, yoga lessons, bike rides around the reservoir and local green vendors and exhibitors.

The celebration continues during Baltimore Green Week, April 19th through the 24th. Baltimore Green Week is a week-long series of events offering the community free and low-cost workshops, lectures, and hands-on activities.

Learn about Baltimore City's sustainable initiatives.

Tuesday, April 20th
Learn about Sustainable Community Development and solutions to issues of transportation, infrastructure, waste management, local agriculture, community initiatives and the history of North Avenue.

Taste and learn about Sustainable Food and Agriculture Day. Afterwards, join the Tree Planting Project.

Thursday, April 22nd
Discover issues surrounding Climate Change and continue Tree Planting Project.Tour the Port and the new dredge facility that is under construction.

Friday, April 23rd
Experience Social Change through Art and continue Tree Planting Project.Artists gather at the Towson Art Collective in this juried show to address social change issues through the re-invention of materials.

Saturday, April 24th
Final Day of Tree Planting Project and a Tree Giveaway
