To support our mission of developing relationships and opportunity by preparing, learning about, and sharing outstanding food and wine (and our knowledge about them), The Dogwood is featuring a monthly interactive cooking class led by Chef Galen Sampson. The series will be based on Sampson’s favorite places and the food he has cooked and enjoyed in each locale.
Classes will be held at the restaurant the second Saturday of every month from 11am to 2 pm. A delicious lunch will be served, paired with wine. Class participants will receive menu packets and a description of the geographical place explored in the personalized perspective of Bridget and Galen. Cost per class is $50.
Please register early for classes by calling the restaurant at 410-889-0952 to reserve a place. Space is limited.
