Artists Compound III

The third installment of the Artists Compound multimedia event series once again promises ecstatic energy stimulating the frontal lobe, activating the hips, and rousing the taste buds in an evening of compounded thoughts and festivity. This two day event will take place at The Glass Grill at 8:00pm on Friday, September 10, 2010 and 2:00pm on Friday, September 11, 2010. This event costs $8 at the door and includes 2 complimentary drinks. The Glass Grill is handicapped accessible.

Arists Compound III will feature music by VIB (shape-shifting indie/electro), Legion Lost (psychedelic rock, jazz, reggae, fusion), Alex Gordon Hi-Fi (singer/songwriter) and DJ Nysus (house/funk), performance by Amandari Troupe (belly dacing) and m. s. sanders (rock-a-billy poet), photography by Erica Hinson Denny, Theresa Keil and Jessica Schimpf, art by Tim McFadden (blown glass) and Anthony St. Thomas (mixed media), plus graphic projections by Adam Weinberg.

The Glass Grill opened in 2008 to delight the senses with food, drink, art and music. This unique experience appeals to all ages. The comfortable and creative setting welcomes local residents and attracts visitors to Baltimore.
