Seafood Cooking Class at McCormick World of Flavors

Join Us for Our Seafood Cooking Class

You’re invited to attend McCormick World of Flavors’ August cooking class. Hosted this month by Chef Kevan Vetter, he’ll take this 1½ hour class on a savory journey by demonstrating how to prepare several seafood dishes.  For starters, patrons will enjoy Cucumber Herb Gazpacho with Watermelon Croutons topped with Crabmeat from Chef Kevan.  Main entrees include Salmon with Pineapple Salsa, Mediterranean Fish Fillets, Grilled Swordfish with Fresh mango Salsa from OLD BAY, and Paprika Spiced Shrimp with Citrus Cilantro Quinoa Salad.  And as a sweet end to the evening, he’ll prepare Mango Blueberry Cobbler.
