The Baltimore Camera Club is sponsoring a one-day seminar featuring one of America’s top photographers, Marc Meunch. Marc will educate, enlighten, and motivate. Marc’s Philosophy: "Capturing powerful experiences in a still image carries many difficulties. Combining my experience with the drama of nature and the art of creating images keeps me motivated. With no control over weather, light, or geography, a photographer must study the subject/landscape and place himself in the most unique position as to arrange all the variables in what will become an interesting composition."
Location: Kelley Lecture Hall on the Goucher College Campus, Towson, MD (1021 Dulaney Valley Road, Towson, MD, 21204). Tickets: $80 with registration (includes Club Membership through August 2014); $90 at the door. Doors open at 8:00 a.m., with refreshments. The seminar starts at 9:00 a.m. and concludes at 4:30 p.m.
