Each applicant will be carefully considered and voted by the CAC staff and our friends on the CAC Facebook page. 7 bands will have the opportunity to compete!! The competition will take place at the Chesapeake Arts Center in the Studio 194 Theatre on Saturday, October 4, 2014.
