October 9th's class will focus on Paris: House made country pates

To support our mission of developing relationships and opportunity by preparing, learning about, and sharing outstanding food and wine (and our knowledge about them), The Dogwood is featuring a monthly interactive cooking class led by Chef Galen Sampson. The series will be based on Sampson’s favorite places and the food he has cooked and enjoyed in each locale.

The subject for September 11th class will be local foods of Bermuda.
