The Best of All Worlds:  Craft Beer and Music that Rocks!

Join us for a special preview concert as we begin the inaugural season of Music Director Yannick Nézet-Séguin. The program will include works found throughout the 2012-13 season, including pieces by Beethoven, Bach, Gershwin, and more all led by the Orchestra’s assistant conductor, Cristian Macelaru. Admission is free and limited to four tickets per reservation. Get your tickets early–seating is limited!

Open to men, women, and children, this celebration will feature the 3rd Annual Shofar Blowing Contest and a concert displaying the soulful ballads and Israeli rock of Cantor Shlomo Abramson.

Guests can bring their own shofars or use one provided by Moses Montefiore Anshe Emunah. No experience is necessary and prizes will be awarded to the winners.

Individual tickets for Yannick Nézet-Séguin’s inaugural season as the Philadelphia Orchestra’s eighth Music Director officially go on sale on Monday, September 10, at 12 PM.
