Phillip Munds, principal horn with the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra, will present a recital including works for horn and piano, solo horn, and horn, oboe, and piano trio. Hailed by The Baltimore Sun for his “terrific contributions” to BSO programs, Munds currently serves on the faculty of The Peabody Conservatory and Towson University.

PINK JAMS!, a Washington, D.C. area project combining live music events, arts and fashion with the promotion of breast cancer awareness, announces a breast cancer benefit concert featuring The Justin Trawick Group and Memphis 59 on November 18th, 2009. Both bands, all D.C. based musicians, will perform live to raise money for breast cancer awareness. The benefit show, “PINK JAMS! at the Ballroom,” is hoping to attract hundreds of men and women to show support for the cause.
